Prior to founding Patterson Advisory, Max held senior roles at several of Australia’s leading communications agencies where he worked across a broad range of clients including ASX-listed entities, multinational corporations, private equity firms and fund managers.
He thrives in complex environments and regularly advises on transactions, activism campaigns, insolvencies, legal disputes and product recalls.
Max is results orientated and partners with clients to help them succeed.
He holds a Bachelor of Public Communication from the University of Technology Sydney.
